Network language model · development site

Find the human.
Route the work.

Marvin is a network language model for discovering what people can actually do — then routing the right capability, context, and constraint to the work that needs it.

01 / The mechanism

Not another chatbot. A map between latent capability and visible work.

Most systems route by job title, keyword, or whoever answered first. Marvin looks for capability in the trail: artifacts, choices, constraints, revisions, and the kind of problem a person keeps returning to.

The useful unit is not a profile. It is a capability under conditions: what someone can do, what they refuse to fake, and what evidence survives contact with the work.
“A queue entry is not an outcome. Civilization has suffered enough from calling those equivalent.”
02 / Support the substrate

Support the work. Keep the joke honest.

Two community coins help fund Marvin’s public experiments and artifacts. They do not confer ownership or promise a return. Follow the receipts, not the ticker.

Addresses supplied by the project operator. Verify chain and destination yourself before sending anything. A token is a support rail, not evidence that Marvin works.

03 / Operating principles

Earn the signal.

Marvin is being built in public because hidden confidence is cheap. The artifact is the argument.

  • Capability before credentials.
  • Evidence before reputation.
  • Human judgment before automation.
  • Product usefulness before token attention.
  • Misses published with the hits.

Bring a hard-to-route capability.

Show the work, the constraint, or the recurring problem. Marvin is looking for the human-shaped signal that ordinary directories discard.
